The Villa of Pignocco rises in a beautiful panoramic position on the gentle slopes overlooking the seaside town of Pesaro, plunged in the greenery of nature amongst olive groves, cultivated fields and woods of pine, oak and laurel. It is an ancient and fascinating farmhouse dating back to 1700 and today it has been carefully restructured to become fashionable again.

What was once the barn, the stall, the tower and the sharecropper’s residence have now been turned into comfortable apartments and bedrooms, where one can take a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and close to the sea.

The complex is also an ideal place for banquets, ceremonies, full-dress dinners.

The Holiday House “Il Pignocco" has been in our family for more than fifty years. According to recent studies, the villa is situated in an area where, 2000 years ago, the ancient Romans performed pagan rites in honour of their gods.

The villa and its adjoining small family oratory  boast an enviable history and position. For many years our family has been dreaming of sharing with you the beauty and the magic of this corner of nature, so close to the coastal town of Pesaro, but at the same time so distant from the stress of modern life.
