Between 2007 and 2009 the 18th century farmhouse "Il Pignocco" has changed its face. The "conservative" restoration has maintained the original flavour and atmosphere intact, without alterations that could change the aspect of the abode and of its garden. The former architectural structure is still visible in the beams at sight, in the garret with hollow flat blocks, and in the irregular walls. Around the Country House, the small church and the barn, there are lawns, an old bowling green, holm-oaks, oaks and pines, a rich Mediterranean vegetation with fruit trees and cultivated fields of wheat.
On one side of the house there is the farmyard, where once cereals were desiccated. Behind the villa, beyond a hedge that acts as a border, the olive-grove and the private extraordinary swimming pool with Jacuzzi reside. Here you can refresh yourselves in the warmest days. Beds, chairs and garden furniture are available for our guests to relax by the pool, reading a book or sipping a glass of wine. Going down of few footsteps toward the sea, you will meet the wood of oaks and laurels that welcomed the ancient Roman sanctuary. From the hill where the country house is situated, the eye can see the whole city of Pesaro, with the blue of the sea at the horizon that melts and blends with the blue of the sky. Around the holiday house a fantastic landscapeof the countryside with its large agricultural fields.
