City Tax in force starting from 01st June 2012: 1.00 € per person per day up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children until the age of fourteen are exempt from the payment.
Possibility to divide the two-roomed flat Diana and the three-roomed flat Liber into 2 autonomous accomodations.
Discount 6% on stays of at least 7 nights
Discount 12% on stays of at least 14 nights
Discount for flats used as single: € 5 per day

Cancellation policy:
Reservations confirmed by credit card:
1) If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
2) If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
Reservations confirmed by a deposit:
1) If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, the deposit will be retained in full but it will be possible to use it as an advance for a future stay.
2) If cancelled later, or in case of no-show the deposit will be retained in full and it will not be considered as an advance for future stay.
Breakfast
Our flats are all equipped with kitchen or kitchenette.
The guests who wish to enjoy breakfast, will find inside the flats all that is necessary for his own breakfast: coffee, milk, sugar, pies, biscuits, cereals, juices etc.
For special demands, please do not hesitate to request at booking.

Daily stay is accepted.
July and August: Minimum Stay 3 nights. Upon request it is possible to accept a longer stay when possible..
Check IN: Between 03,00 pm and 10,00 of the arrival day.
Check OUT: Within 10,00 am of the departure day.
Late check out only upon request. Additional fee of 10 europer person for check-out delayed up to 05,00 pm.
