TOURIST TAX
2.00 € per person per day up to a maximum of 14 consecutive and non consecutive nights. Children until the age of fourteen are exempt from the payment.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
REFUNDABLE RATE:
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, payable by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance will be settled upon arrival at our reception.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. The deposit will be refunded, minus any banking fees, or can be converted into a voucher of equal value. For cancellations made after this period, the deposit will not be refunded.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
Save 8% compared to the refundable rate. Full payment is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, changes, or no-show, no refund will be issued.
LOYALTY DISCOUNT:
Reserved exclusively for guests who have already stayed with us. Enjoy a 5% discount on the standard rate. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, including the non-refundable rate.
EARLY DEPARTURE & NO-SHOW:
In case of early departure or no-show, Il Pignocco Country House reserves the right to charge the full amount of the confirmed stay.
