How can I make a reservation?

By email, phone, or directly through our website in the dedicated section. Your booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit, payable by bank transfer or credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refundable Rate: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After this period, the deposit (30% of the total stay) will be retained.

Non-Refundable Rate: The 30% deposit is not refundable.

No-show or early departure: The entire stay may be charged.

How much is the tourist tax?

€2.00 per person per night (max. 14 nights).
Children up to 13 years old are exempt.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
July and August: from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am

For special requests, we always try to accommodate our guests.

Are there discounts or special offers?

– 6% for stays longer than 6 nights
– 10% for stays longer than 13 nights
Non-refundable rate: – 8%
Loyalty discount (not combinable with the non-refundable rate): – 5%

What types of accommodation do you offer?

Rooms and apartments with private bathrooms and showers.
We also have an accessible room and a Suite with bathtub.

Is linen included?

Yes: bed, bath, and kitchen linen.
Towels: changed every 3–4 days
Bed linen: changed weekly

Is breakfast included?

You can choose between room-only or bed & breakfast. All rooms and apartments feature a kitchenette for maximum freedom. Breakfast is served from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Upon request, it can be served from 8:00 am.

What does breakfast include?

Our buffet offers homemade cakes, artisanal biscuits, croissants, cereals, muesli, yogurt, and crispbread served with honey, jam, butter, or Nutella.
For savory options, we offer fresh bread with cheese, eggs, and cold cuts.
Drinks include coffee, milk, tea, orange juice, and ACE juice.

Is the swimming pool available to all guests?

Yes, it is reserved exclusively for our guests.

Is the property non-smoking?

All rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is allowed outdoors.

Is there a restaurant within the facility?

No, but within 5 km you’ll find plenty of local restaurants and traditional trattorias where you can enjoy traditional cuisine.

Is there a washing-machine available?

No, there is no guest laundry on-site. We can recommend a nearby self-service laundromat.

Can I bring my dog or cat?

Yes! We are Pet Friendly. Dogs and cats are welcome with an additional fee of €5 per day. Access to the breakfast room is is allowed only with prior authorization.

Can I enter and leave freely?

Of course. A gate key card lets you enter and exit independently at any time.

How do I reach the property?

We recommend using Google Maps and searching for “Il Pignocco Country House, Pesaro”. Other navigation systems may give less precise directions.
