Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and the gentle hills of the Marche countryside, this 12-meter pool with massaging water jets invites you to slow down and unwind.

Stretch out on a sun lounger, dive into the refreshing water, or simply relax with a book and a glass of local wine in hand. The spacious sunbathing area offers everything you need to enjoy the moment.

From May to September, the pool becomes your personal retreat—a place where time slows down and your holiday truly begins.

Our bed and breakfast buffet offers a delicious selection of homemade cakes, cookies, and fresh croissants. You’ll also find cereals, muesli, yogurt, and crisp toasts to enjoy with honey, Nutella, or butter and jam. For those who prefer a savory start to the day, we serve fresh bread with cheese, eggs, and cold cuts.

To drink, you can choose from coffee, milk, orange or ACE juice, and a variety of teas.

Breakfast is served every morning from 8:30 to 10:00.

Every morning, breakfast is served in the spacious dining room of the manor house. At the heart of the room stands a beautifully restored antique wooden table, surrounded by elegant vintage furnishings and a warm terracotta tile floor.

If you’re dreaming of a holiday surrounded by nature, without having to leave your loyal four-legged friend behind, Il Pignocco Country House is the perfect choice.

Wake up to the peaceful sounds of the countryside, step outside your accommodation, and you’re already immersed in meadows, trails, and woodlands—ideal for a morning run or a leisurely walk.

If you love the sun and water, you’ll be happy to know that the pool area is pet-friendly too: your dog can stay with you on a leash, as long as it’s under your supervision. And if you’re planning a day at the beach, just a few kilometers away you’ll find pet-friendly beaches in Pesaro (Abbaia Flaminia) and Fano (Animalido), complete with dedicated areas where you can relax together.

At Il Pignocco, love for animals is woven into our everyday life. The farmhouse is alive with quiet presences and wagging tails.

Every day, Anna takes a walk with Black, a gentle Labrador with big paws and kind eyes. Trotting by his side is Lola, a tiny, tender, and cautious Dachshund.

And then there are the cats, lovingly cared for by Francesca:
Luna, the queen of the house—her one and only kingdom;
Rafa and Teo, once stray souls, now welcomed with affection;
and Pecco, the neighbor’s cat… who chose us, perhaps for the fresh air, or maybe for the gentle strokes he knows he’ll always receive.
