Perched on a hillside overlooking Pesaro, Il Pignocco is a spacious development of individually owned accommodations in 4 acres of landscaped gardens and a wood in a beautiful part of Italy. Originally a farmhouse dating back to 18th century, in 2009 Il Pignocco has been renovated and turned into a rental villa, including rooms and apartments for a delightful holiday in Le Marche.
The farmhouse has every comfort, as the delicious breakfast served in the romantic manor dining room. Help yourself to a buffet of home-baked cakes, biscuits, croissants, fresh bread and real Italian coffee.
A few steps away from the rooms and apartments, the private outdoor swimming pool with massaging water jets is for the exclusive use of residents. Outdoor seating are available for the guests to relax by the pool, reading a book, or sipping a glass of wine.
A short footpath close to the farmhouse takes the guests to a wood of oaks and laurels. All around Il Pignocco has a rich Mediterranean vegetation, with fruit trees and cultivated fields of wheat.
The accommodations lead into a spacious lawned garden which features garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals, or a drink in the evening on your holiday in Italy.
