Each morning, as you open the door of Marica, you’ll step into a peaceful haeven among the olive trees, where you can listen to the quiet whispers of nature.

What was once a stable has been converted into an attractive studio with independent entry on the ground floor of the Italian farmhouse.

The spacious Marche studio features a double bed with wardrobe. It has a cotto tiles floor with a traditional Italian rug, two armchairs and TV. The kitchen has a two-plate electric hob, a fridge and a complete set of kitchenware. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped for disabled people.

The Marche studio looks out onto the Italian farmhouse’s courtyard and is a few steps away from the pool. Outside there is a lawn with garden furniture where you can relax, or enjoy your meal.
