The apartment is on the first floor of the pretty barn conversion and has private entrance and its own enclosed terrace.

The self catering three room apartment’s elevated position provides it with stunning views of the surrounding Marche countryside with the Roman town of Pesaro and the sea. On the large terrace, equipped with dining furniture, you can eat alfresco in the evening sun.

The apartment features two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The larger bedroom is filled with natural light from three large windows overlooking the garden.

In the living area, you’ll find a wooden dining table, a corner cabinet, a deep burgundy sofa, and a kitchen—all beautifully lit by an antique crystal chandelier hanging from the soaring, exposed-roof ceiling.
