In the Salus two-room apartment, you’ll discover the heart of an ancient Marche farmhouse, where every detail tells a story and time seems to slow down.

A striking sky-blue wrought iron bed, two meters wide, will welcome and amaze you the moment you step into this apartment.

The apartment has a spacious living area with traditional cotto tile flooring, a large rug, three armchairs, a 32” TV,
and a kitchen with a four-burner electric hob, fridge and a complete set of kitchenware.

The space is completed by an antique inlaid dining table, and a classic Empire-style console.

A built-in wardrobe hides a secret passage leading to the second double bedroom, bathed in natural light from a large French door. Here, a regal chandelier hangs directly from an exposed wooden beam, adorned with delicate green and gold leaf-shaped decorations.

The windows overlook the estate’s garden, the private chapel, the rolling Marche countryside and, in the distance, the town of Pesaro and the Adriatic Sea.

You can enjoy meals on the estate’s front lawn, comfortably seated at garden tables
shaded by a beach umbrella. A pic nic basket is provided in the apartment to help carry your food outside.
